Mortgage and Real Estate Educators can run on any of several different hardware and software platforms. The following are minimum recommendations for hardware, software, and network connectivity.

Software Requirements

• Web browser: Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Opera.
• Flash browser plugin: Version 8 or later 

Network Connectivity Requirements:

All systems require an Internet connection of 256 Kbps or faster (DSL or Broadband).

Windows XP or Vista    

• 900MHz Pentium III(or compatible) or better    
• 256MB of RAM or more.     
• Sound card and speakers/headphones    
• Screen resolution 1024x768 or better, 65,000 colors or more

Macintosh OS X    

• 900MHz G3 or better    
• 256MB or more    
• Speakers/headphones (sound chip is built-in)    
• 1024x768Screen resolution  or better, 65,000 colors or more
