| Cancellation Policy |

If your plans should change, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place at any time or you may transfer to another “Live” course or a different event PRIOR TO the first day of the event for which you have enrolled. In the event you need to cancel your registration, you may do so for a full refund if you inform us of your cancellation at least 10 business days before the start of the class. A $20.00 fee will be charged for cancellation within 10 business days from the start date of the program. NO reimbursement will be made if you fail to attend your scheduled course. Non-paid, no-shows registered by phone, mail, fax, or online will be billed. Please be advised that this is Mortgage Educators general cancellation policy. You may cancel an online course within 24 hours of purchase and receive a full refund. Online courses not completed within 90 days of purchase, but older than 1 day will be given a credit towards a future course offered by Mortgage Educators. |
